In the novel investigator Jackaby and his partner Abigail Rook go to Gad's Valley to solve a mysterious murder case, along with a case involving a stolen dinosaur tooth. Gad's Valley brings many unexpected twists and adventures. My favorite character is Jackaby. My favorite part that involves Jackaby is where the investigator is putting together the pieces regarding the stolen tooth and murder, and comes to the conclusion that the culprit WANTS to go against Jackaby. I like this part because it shows how intelligent he is. I would recommend this to friends because this book gets you thinking and there are some plot twists involved.
