Revolver by Marcus Sedgwick is about a fourteen year old boy named Sig who lived in the Arctic. His father died when he went ou to the lake, fell in and froze to death. It talks about Sig’s father when he was with a crew and sailing around the world. His wife was dying so he begged the captain to help her but he refused. Then a stranger comes to the door looking for his father because he owes him a share of gold. This is the beginning of the real story unfolding.
