Patrons can now use the following museum passes by reserving an available date through our website or by speaking with Children’s Services. Print out the pass from home and bring it to the museum or use the mobile download. All visitors are required to follow NY state COVID-19 protocols.

The American Airpower Museum is open Thursday-Sunday from 10:30am-4:00pm. 

The Empire Pass can be reserved online or by telephone and is available for in-person or curbside pick-up. It is NOT a print on demand pass.

The Fire Island Lighthouse is open daily 10am-5pm. However, the tower often closes on weekday mornings due to school field trips as well as occupancy limits. Please call 631-583-5901 for availability before going. Masks are required to enter all buildings.

Harbes Family Farm is open daily 10am-6pm, beginning May 7.

The Intrepid Museum is open Monday-Sunday from 10am-5pm, with the last entry at 4pm. All visitors 12 years and older must provide proof of at least one vaccination shot against COVID-19, as well as identification, before entering the premises. Learn more HERE.

The Long Island Children’s Museum is open Wednesday-Sunday from 11:00am-3:00pm. The pass can be reserved online or by telephone and is available for in-person or curbside pick-up. It is NOT a print on demand pass.

The New York Hall of Science is temporarily closed due to damage from Hurricane Ida. is open Friday and Sunday from 10:00am-5:00pm, as well as Saturday from 10:00am-6:00pm. You MUST CALL (718-699-1325) in order to reserve your spot in the museum’s system for the day of your visit. You can also email them at membership@nysci.org to book as well. Old Bethpage Village Restoration is open Friday-Sunday from 10am-4pm. You MUST CALL (516-572-8409) Old Bethpage the morning of your reservation.

Old Westbury Gardens is open every day (except Tuesday) from 10am-6pm. The Gardens are closed on Tuesdays.

The Vanderbilt Museum is open Wednesday-Sunday from 11am-5pm. Patrons can visit the Estate grounds, the Memorial Wing galleries, the Habitat and Stoll dioramas, Nursery Wing, Library and the Hall of Fishes. Admissions to exhibitions will also be included using the museum pass. The Planetarium shows are no longer free with this pass, however you will be entitled to discounted tickets at the price of $6 per person for daytime shows. Evening shows ARE NOT included. Mansion, Estate Walk and Talk Tours are also $6 each.
